...I have no idea what you are asking.

I'm with Mark. What, specifically, are you wanting to discuss?
taalismn wrote:Hey, you came up with a novel, attention-getting idea, you did the legwork, you worked it through, you made it fit the setting, even though initial thought might be 'nah, it can't work, it's too silly/stupid/lame', and you posted something that only required a little adjustment, yet can be added to, without diluting its original concept. How can we not give you due support and credit?

A magic school. (NOT HW!!) I do have a concept on the things to do list. But it would need a lot of work besides creating new spells to go along with it.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.

Well, this isn't really a creation but I'd take Randi Cartier's Old Kingdoms manuscript and publish it.

The Ancient Forest, A semi Sentient ancient creature that is a forest with the main part in GNW and smaller bits across the world. Ful of craziness, fairy's and disappeared people with time pockets and intelligent creatures and all sorts of old missing things.

I'd love to see an Old Kingdom book.

Well, I believe it's due to be published in 1996.

Is that still a 1st edition release...?

Re: What would be the ideal place if you could do it in PF?
A tip: try to be a bit more specific in how you word your subject. You wrote, "What would be the ideal place if you could do it in PF?"
It probably doesn't say good things about me that my first interpretation of this question was highly inappropriate.
What do you mean by "ideal place?"
Do you mean a utopia? I don't like utopias in RPGs unless they're a utopia for one type of person but a dystopia for another, like a paradise built and maintained on the whipped backs of slave labor, or a society where everyone is eternally young and healthy because they murder people.
Do you mean the place that I would next like Palladium to develop in the world? I'd like to have an adventure/campaign that goes beyond the Edge of the World. As I finish mapping the Palladium World, I have this idea of a Rune Book Atlas that must be reassembled a la scavenger-hunt-type-campaign, and when it's reassembled, it can open a way through the great barrier to the world beyond. What lies beyond? Possibly something that created the Edge to contain the Old Ones; a good Old One, perhaps, or one totally dedicated to order? Perhaps something that the Old Ones created the Edge to protect themselves from? There's a scary thought: what could be so awful that the Old Ones would be scared of it?
Do you mean a location that's already been mentioned but hasn't been detailed yet? There's plenty to go with there. The Palladium of Desires, Dragon's Gate, the Vault of Destiny, Steelgreaves, the Tombs of Gersidi, the Walled City of Clypss, and the Iceborn city at the center of the Great Ice Shelf, to name a few. The specific location I'd probably want to see done next isn't any specific place, but rather a type of place: a city under siege.
Do you mean a region that hasn't been done yet? Well, there's the Land of South Winds, the Old Kingdom, Phi, Lopan, and that's really about it. Of those, I suppose I'd like to see the Land of South Winds next.
All that said, what I'd most like to see is some kind of strategy wargame we could use as the basis of a campaign. Take something like my Western Empire Map and create scenarios, rules, and custom "adventure cards" to make it a board game, but include some mechanics by which a party might influence the outcome of a battle or allow special moves by successfully accomplishing a mission or quest in an RPG session. Thus the board game could stand alone as a tabletop strategy game, or it could serve as the basis of a war-centric campaign.

How big is the Palladium land mass?
Is it Equal in size to Westeros from Game of Thrones?
I think Eastern territory is a good place start a kingdom.

Eh, sort of? I'm not entirely certain what the subject was in the first place.
I could size and place the Palladium World on Google Earth with approximately the correct size for comparison if anyone would be interested.

From what I understand it's a section of the world blocked off from everything else and would be roughly the size of Europe or smaller. What lies beyond the barrier outside the Palladium world has yet to be told.

It's somewhere around the size of North America, give or take: Roughly 2500 miles wide, but that width is somewhat suspect, since at this scale its width will vary with latitude.

I want to say I once figured the size of the Palladium World to be about that of Mars, but I cannot recall where (I think it had to do with the distance from the Arctic to the Tropics).
