Hey all,
So I put in a request for store credit for my POH tickets as it is looking extremely unlikely that I'm going to be able to make it next year. I called them about 3 weeks ago and I still haven't seen any kind of credit show up on my account. Has anyone else ever had to do something like this? If so, how long did it take to process the refund? Should I maybe call them again and see what the status is?
