What are the biggest Mecha/Giant Robot Vehicles?
Within Rifts itself I think the Gurgoyle/Gargoyle robot is the largest. Other than that they seem to top out in the 20'-35' range until you look at Robotech/Macross, I think they top out in the 40'-50' range. Is there anything larger than these that I'm missing?

X-5001 Devastator Mk II in Triax 2 is 58' tall.
Archimedes from The Olympian Club (CB2) has The Atlas Suit that's 50' tall.
Also couldn't the SDF-1 turn into a bot of some sort?

Not terribly big
It has 3 GB's all at 11 feet.
The Samurai is 20 ft
Mikado is 25 ft
The Steel Dragon is 30 ft long but only 25 ft tall
So nothing in the ranges already listed about.

Yep, Mechanoid Spider Fortress is pretty big, just looked it up, Sourcebook 2 pg83, Height 1598ft (487m).
But, the Mechanoid Digger is even bigger, Body length 1080m width 732m, or 1772m with arms outstretched.
The Mechanoid Octopus Type 1 and Type 2 are also around 50ft in height or length.
Another contender if we are counting magical constructs are the Giant 500ft tall Mystic Automaton Statues of Modeus and Andras (DB10 Hades pg208)

Nope I double checked the numbers. The artwork might make it look bigger but I think at the time it and the Mikado were in the top 5 largest mechs, but 30 years later not so much.

Maybe your mixing it up with the Kittani Dragon Dreadnought or the Japanese IR-5000 Tatsu, both have standing on rear leg height and the Steel Dragon does not.

Re: What are the biggest Mecha/Giant Robot Vehicles?
The biggest humanoid looking vehical... there are two: the SDF1 in both RT1 and RT2, and the Macross Cannon in one of the Macross 2 game books. But to say they are a bit outside of the Rifts game would be would be quite an understatement.

Re: What are the biggest Mecha/Giant Robot Vehicles?
i'd say lets avoid the licensed material and stick to PB original materials. not only does that make the question a little simpler but it also helps cut down on questions on how to define 'robot
(like "is an SDF in attack mode really a robot? or is it just a ship that looks like it has limbs?)"

Re: What are the biggest Mecha/Giant Robot Vehicles?
If we've exhausted all the giant mecha/giant robot vehicles in the PB material already ( I doubt it ), Are there any canon rules anywhere for rolling our own?
In HU2 Robot Construction p 200-202 there are rules for creating various types of "giant robot vehicles" but I don't see anything over 22' tall or 35' long.
There is an additional note about how building the vehicle to accommodate 4-6 persons increases size and weight by 20% (22' tall + 20% = 26.4' tall). I must have my math wrong 4.4' doesn't seem like enough additional room for 6 people?
Are there alternate rules to build something bigger anywhere, maybe in a Rifter or something?

In Rifts WB33: Northern Gun 1 there are a couple of tall robots:
EX-9 Super Behemoth Explorer: 70'
MMB-01 "Big Papa" Mobile Medical Robot: variable, from 20' when legs are retracted, to 86' with everything at full extension
