Healing Flame

Hello to everyone. I gave a tiny connundrum I hope one of the veteran fantasy players here can help me with. A player in a group I'm running with soon wishes to play a Fire Warlock and make use of spells from the Heart of Magic. There is a spell, Burning Life, and it references another spell, Healing Flame. Neither he nor I can find the spell Healing Flame in Heart of Magic or Palladium 2nd Edition. We'd greatly appreciate it if someone could point us in the right direction.

Healing Flame is a level 8 Blue Flame spell from South America Two.
You can find it on Page 40 of the Rifts Book of Magic.
