gm'ing tips?

so im fairly new to gm'ing and i wanted to now if anyone has any tips for me? any is welcomed!
That is a pretty broad subject. To narrow things down a bit...
Which system/setting will you be running? Is there any specific aspect of running a game that has you concerned? Are you running the game in person or remotely?
