Lanotaur vs. Riathenor

Watching the new Predator film got me thinking about the two species most inspired by the Yautja.

At a glance, the Riathenor has the edge on physical strength, visual acuity, natural weapons and armor, capacity to heal, resistances such as not having to breathe, and likelihood to attack in larger groups. The Lanotaur is faster, has easier access to their native magic, is psionic with considerable sensitive/awareness-themed abilities, and has more flexibility in equipment.

My inclination is to give the advantage to the Riathenor, save for when the Lanotaur really leans into the hunting shtick or uses power armor. Given a long enough time frame the Riathenor win simply due to ease in increasing their numbers, unless groups are consistently denied enough PPE on which to feed or are forced to flee to their home dimension.

Which do you prefer? How do they compare one on one? How about when fighting using small group tactics? How have you used them in game? Would Predatorα vs. Predatorβ be a better franchise than Predator vs. Alien?
