Conversions of Rifts material to SW

Can someone clarify, is there permission to convert official Rifts material to SW Rifts? There is a ton of material that has not been (and may never be) converted. Is it kosher to post fan conversions here?

This has been opened up considerably by the recent publication of Savaging Your Favorite Rifts® Ideas (PDF). With the two Iconic Frameworks therein character concepts as seen in Heroes Unlimited, Skraypers, and the Rifts Conversion Book become more possible. The above free pdf is a Savage Rifts title, which demonstrates how to incorporate the non-Savage Rifts title Super Powers Companion.

You can post fan conversions of official Rifts material to Savage Rifts here. You cannot post already published Savage Rifts conversions in the books by Pinnacle.
