NPC Son of Mephisto (Godling) with Phase Powers: which book?

I'm sure I remember reading about a Deevil illegitimate son of Mephisto who is a Godling with Phase Powers. I just can't for the life of me remember which book this is in. Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Actually I think it's because I am new so there was a delay until a moderator approves it for the post to appear. Edit: seems to have gone away now, it's probably just the first couple posts.
I changed my icon, didn't even notice it was same until I came back to check.
