Earth Warlock's 4th level spell Cocoon of Stone

IF a warlock is sleeping their "Cocoon of Stone" are they detectable as using magic. Does it treat the "Cocoon of Stone" as an ongoing spell traceable as a mage casting a spell for purposes of a Dog Boy tracking them or psychically looking for the use of magic?

I would say yes; it is an ongoing magical effect, as it is keeping the warlock in stasis.
