A. The Arcanist from BTS1 is a P.C.C., a Pyschic Character Class.
B. Ninja & Super Spies, revised states (in the conversion rules for Psychics for Heroes Unlimited), that psychics can purchase a non-exclusive martial art for a cost in skills.
C. PROFIT!
Conclusion: My wizard is a NINJA!
(I just find the image of the cult leader busting out some esoteric hand-to-hand skills hilarious.)
