So my first idea boggling around in my mind:
1. First, cast the Ocean magic spell from the Lemuria Book, "Amphibious" (6)
2. Second, Water Envelope from Ocean Magic (10)
You have 20 MD of water armor.
Not that impressive for 16 P.P.E.
But
Versus vampires, you would be a nightmare they would FLEE from in terror.
