In 2nd edition, under Priest of Light, there is note that "like prayers or intervention, miracles do not require the priest to expend P.P.E. points. If the energy is not available the god himself will provide it."

Miracle of Luck and Supernatural Strength list a PPE cost. What is that for? Purification says it is like the wizard spell. Does it also have the same PPE cost?

I'd consider those the minimum expenditure from the deity.

If that's the intention, it surprises me that greater miracles don't have a listed PPE cost.

I LOVE Palladium Fantasy... but consistency in things like that.... not something I've come to expect
