No problem, any time.

That's the print conundrum... as things evolve in a game, you either reprint material for completeness (and annoy people who repeatedly pay for the same info) or have it scattered across the books (and annoy people who don't own the entire library).

Also I've always said it comes in a rigid plastic case with 4 or 5 M.D.C.

my gm was kind of obnoxious
a new fully stocked ng-s2 survival pack seems to be a bit over half full when purchased. unfortunately everything inside is shrink sealed and takes up 2x the individually sealed packs size once opened, so unless you can compress many of them down, it won't all fit.

(I am sure many of us have run into that problem)

with that said its a really nice item, that allows a character to buy 1 item and have most of your starting equipment

Yeah I think we've all had this problem in real life, repacking an item into a box for a return is always a nightmare so as a rule it does make sense. That said I like anecdotes like this because I can send them to my former players and say "hey see, I wasn't so bad now was I".

It is an excellent piece of equipment and it made things a lot easier for my players when Mercs first came over. It was also the first piece of Rifts gear we ported over to Phase World.
