Looking for skills or a way to boost IQ
I am looking for skills or a way to boost IQ. I saw there's an article in Rifter #19 but cant find a way to read it without signing up on a sketchy website. Can anyone help me out here?

Sketchy websites are bad, and promoting their use would be a violation of Forum Rules.
Fortunately legal copies of Rifter 19 are currently available on DriveThru RPG. Here's a link to the product page. https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product ... -rifter-19 If you hurry you can stillg et it for 30% off withthe Black Friday sale.

Not published anywhere, but I'm also open to attribute increases by spending a skill or two. +2 from a secondary, +3 from an Other. I might add a +1 to either if you're improving the attribute and it's beneath 10.

Nexusborn (also in a Rifter) can spend spare PPE to boost stats too I think

as a GM, I would just invent a high-tech machine from an alien culture that would train any humanoid in multiple techniques to increase Memory, Executive control, and Visuospatial reasoning, all while in an induced sleep over a 8 hour period offering a +1D6 roll to intelligence. One time usage per humanoid, further uses no results.
It will with a weeks nightly use, impart any skill it is programmed with at level 1 base ability (plus intelligence score bonus). This skill will gain skill percentage/per level as normal afterward.
