Armor and taking 1/2 damage
Is there only laser resistant armor (takes 1/2 damage) or are there any others? From my memory the CVR-3 armor from Robotech, and the Glitterboy armor are both laser resistant.
Are there any other x resistant armors in the game, or any other games by Palladium?

Most armor is resistant to spit wads, spilled milk, and name-calling.
Can we narrow down the request a bit... are we taking resistance to attacks or environmental factors?
If attacks, are we talking magical or non-magical attacks?
Are we talking magical armor or non-magical armor?
Are we talking body armor, power armor, robot vehicles, other vehicles, borg armor, etc.?

Naruni equipment in DB8, want to say something like that comes from NG in MercOps.
You also have Arkhon equipment in WB9.
A few race/classes also have resistance/immunity to certain attacks (the dragon in Psycape, Psi-Slinger in New West)

As ShadowLogan said, the Arkhon come to mind.
Other than that, I can only think of magical/psychic/super power bonuses that affect or cover armor, but are not a technological part of the armor itself.
As a side note, I've always found it interesting that Glitter Boy and CVR-3 are laser resistant to the same degree for different reasons: The GB armor is reflective enough to redirect some of the incoming coherent light, where the CVR-3 is (iirc--as I type this, I realize that I'm getting older, and maybe my memory is playing games with me on this) made of ceramics that are resistant enough to heat/energy absorbtion that it simply withstands the energy better.
(although, for some reason, I don't recall the CVR having bonuses against heat or any other energy, just lasers.)

KC, I agree with you once again. I had thought there was some Robotech armor that took 1/2 damage from heat/plasma.... but I guess not.

IMHO the principles it operates are different from the Glitter Boy's Chrome, which likely means the variable frequency laser rifles in Rifts that are a counter to LR-Chrome likely won't work on RT's HDC that are also LR. And the LR-HDC had the laser blast bounce around like the trash compactor scene from Star Wars Ep4. Which isn't reflected in the game stats, granted they are for mecha/EBA and not interior walls (the animation implies impervious to lasers, not 1/2 damage given the "ricochet" but the lack of accuracy might be situational).Louie from Robotech Epsiode 45: The Trap wrote:This high density ceramic walls are laser resistant Lt I really don't think it would be such a good idea to fire that weapon
Naruni Thermo-Kinetic Body Armor (DB8 pg35-6) standard features list 1/2 damage from "Explosions, high impact, falls, and projectile weapons"
NG's NG-A12 Anti Ballistic Armor (MercOps Pg89) "takes half damage from all kinetic attacks"
Dragon-God Blood types (D&G) sometimes mention impervious to damage for the Metals they form (Red and Black specifically), but then go on to list SDC modifiers for a suit of armor (go figure). So who knows what is really going on (unless the SDC is for non-blood metal components)
EDIT: I thought there was a material/item with 1/2 damage from thermal attacks somewhere in Rifts as opposed to an ability (Race/Class/Power). Thought the Naruni suit was, but its only invisible to IR as I checked.

Given that Dragons & Gods is a PFRPG book SDC numbers would be converted to MDC in the case of magical armor forged from the blood of a God-Dragon.

Found some more damage resistant/impervious features (tried to stay away from Power/Racial Abilities):
Robotech II Sentinels (1E RT) pg25 has Carbonarite Body Armor's Arm Shields having laser resistant alloy that can parry laser blasts for no damage (on a parry per description/RAW).
Robotech: Macross Saga SB (2E/TSC RT) pg189-91, the Light & Heavy Combat Armor take 1/2 damage from plasma and nuclear.
Robotech: Masters Saga SB (2E/TSC RT) pg241-3, the Bioroid Invid Fighter takes 1/2 damage from Plasma Weapons (which is useful when engaging Invid)
Rifts WB8 Japan pg155-6, the IPA-62 Super Tengu is resistant to Electricity and electro-magnetic energy for 1/2 damage. (Note: very limited use case for electricity, and even more limited use case for EM IINM)
Rifts WB9 SA2 pg115, the Megaversial Legion Body Armor's Inertial Shield can reduce damage by 1/2 for physical attacks on a FAILED Parry and no damage for a successful parry. Arkhon's take 1/2 damage from all energy weapons (except Tri-Beams, but take x2 damage from physical attacks), previously mentioned
Rifts SoT6 pg65-6, the Dynamo Armor (prototype stage) takes 1/2 damage from energy (except Heat, Fire, Cold, not sure if this is magical or not). TW Volcan Wing & Saucer (pg53-5) has magical feature to reduce incoming missile/explosive damage to 1/2.
Rifts SoT1 (and other SoT books presumably) and Book of Magic, might want to check some of the Iron Juggernauts for resistant/impervious features (which might or might not be magical in nature).
Rifts DB6: 3G pg115 the Draygon Hide Armors have an active Laser Resistant System that improves to 1/10th after 1st melee round (@ 1/2).
Rifts DB8 pg35-6 Naruni's Thermo-Kinetic Body Armor does take 1/2 damage from MDC fire, heat, plasma
Dragon & Gods pg231, the Dragon Claw Gloves AND Dragon Helm are resistant to fire and cold for 1/2 damage
