4 page character sheet robotech rpg

i am looking for the rpg book that has the 4 page character sheet in it. the only place i have been able to find the sheet online is behind a paywall. i would rather just buy the book and make copies than pay some scrub website for just the sheet itself. any information would be greatly appreciated.

I do not think they had character 4-page character sheets. It was the character and a mecha sheet,
If all of your wishes are granted then many of your dreams will be destroyed.
