Magic Pigeon and Book-Bombing

Per the description of the MP spell (BoM pg 113)

"able to deliver a spoken (30 words or less) or written message to anyone"

It sounds like the thirty-word limit is only applicable to spoken messages, whereas written messages could be longer and not have any kind of upper limit established on them.

The heaviest book in the world is 3300 pounds.

What exactly is stopping me from telling my Magic Pigeon "deliver This the Prophet Mohamed to the mayor" and having the pigeon drop a 3300 book on the mayor's head?

Even if we assume some kinda peaceful transfer (set gently next to them) if the mayor is in a canoe, the 3300 book would sink the canoe.

Written message transfer is obviously important in cases where you need to send a message to a deaf person who can't hear a magic pigeon speak, or in situations where sound wouldn't transfer (ie magic pigeons sent to outer space - can we send them to the Mutants in Orbit perhaps?) but the medium of how it communicates written messages is a little hazy...

Spoken messages delivered via pigeon are delivered once, as far as I know. So you couldn't have it on repeat unless you worked that under your world limit - like a 15-word message delivered twice, a 10-word message thrice, a 5-word message six times, a 2-sword message delivered 15 times, and so on.

Is a written message just delivered permanently though? Like "here's your paper, read the pigeon-delivered letter hundreds of times if you like, until it really sinks in!" ?

Seems like a great way to deliver books, it would probably cut into the profits of the post office if it's cheaper to cast this spell than to have a mail carrier or mail drone deliver a letter or a book.

Plus what about stuff accompanying a written message?

1) Is there anything prohibiting a Magic Pigeon from delivering a letter that has a drawing on it?

2) What about a picture book with minimal narration?

3) What about a Compact Disc with book PDFs loaded onto it?

4) What about a "visual novel" video game that has dialogue amidst the anime art?

5) what if I want to send a bible with some cash or pressed flowers between the pages?

6) what if I want to include a knife in the pages?

All this might be fixded if we assigned a Physical Strength to the Magic Pigeon limiting how big a letter/book they might be able to carry.

IRL there are pretty light knives, there's a 0.9 oz "FeatherLite" knife for example, you could fit 16 of them between the pages of a book and it would add less than a pound to the book's weight.

The 'hollowed out book' is an established trope in fiction where people will hide things within a gap cut into the pages of a book - but it is still a book because the pages (however sabotaged) still have words on them, so it is still a "written message" within the confines of the spell.

All this would be easier if it was just something like the Pigeon reads something and then creates a mental photograph and then just projects the image of the words so people can read them, maybe temporarily, though long enough for people to read and comprehend it.
