Arkhon Cerasteel 1/2 dmg from energy weapons or not?
I was looking at Naruni Wave 2 and the Thermo Kinetic armom made me think back to the Arkhon Cerasteel. I had always thought that (and the general context of the book seems to support this assertion) Cerasteel took only 1/2 dmg from energy weapons other than Tri-beams. However the opening description at the top of the second colum on pg 79 says that they take normal dmg from energy weapons?
So, which is it?

I know they are two seperate technologies and I see where it would be muchkin to mix them wholly in their entirety.
I merely mentioned the Naruni thing because it was was what made me think back to Cerasteel.
My problem is that in the description of Cerastell on page 79 it says that energy attacks do normal damage. But the context of the book seems to say 1/2 damage. I am looking for any evidence or support that it is indeed 1/2 damage.
