..Kev sent it to me next day air when I was designing the first edition of the Rifts Game Master Screens. Wanted the higher damage CS Missiles on the Missile chart on the shield, so he faxed me that page first, and there was a random armor table, so he faxed me those pages as well, then almost the entire book followed as a photocopy, just for my personal info.
