Initiative in RECON

Please help. I'm comeing from fantasy RPG, TMNT, Super Heros, and Super Spies where D20 determines initiative. How do we figure it out in RECON. I'm gonna be running a game here and feel a bit supid. Thanks for the help.

Simple,there is no initiative. The GM determines the actions of the NPCs and the players describe their own actions. Everybody rolls dice and everythign happens simultaneously.
