I would assume it's 2D6 M.D.C. per day just as in the Conversion Book (and thank you for noticing that, I have read that section of the book many times but never actually saw that rule before now... ).

Huh.. news to me, I always assumed they healed at he same rate as their S.D.C form.
I never remember to factor the munchkinism into it...
