Carl Gleba mentioned in another topic awhile back that he was working on Dimension books for both Hades and Dyval.
I would reckon it will delve into just about everything relating to the dimension, including the deities, demons, cities, and environment (such as it is).

Cool.
Still would have liked the multi-dimension book but multiple books will have to do.

I have never been satisfied with the supposed "Demons" in Rifts, and PF. Some are cool, like the........I can't spell it the big cat people, others are kinda lame. I want an actual Demon Lord, not something a full grown dragon can take on. These things should beable to go toe to toe with any dragon out there. We are talking about Hell after all

How "universal" will the book be? By that, I mean what's the ease of use in regards to SDC as well as MDC settings? Or is that a 'wait-for-the-book' to receive an answer?

Hades is an S.D.C. setting. However because it is part of Rifts (as in a dimension book) there will be M.D.C. conversions. When I write my books I like to have both values for the readers that way you can use whats best for their game.

SDC?
For a Rifts book?
MDC with SDC conversions I can see. Not the other way around.

Well, it may be a Rifts Dimension Book in name, but Hades and Dyval are also linked to the Palladium Fantasy, Beyond the Supernatural, and Nightbane settings. And Demons and Deevils are supposed to be S.D.C. normally, only becoming M.D.C. on Rifts Earth and similarly magic-infused settings.

But really what demon in his right mind would want to live in a low magic environment?

Sometimes you just don't get to choose your home. And Tinker is dead on

Well that's the thing.
In Library ay Bletherad(sp?) they show a map with all the demon lords territories mapped out.
The geography is exactly the same as the Palladium world. But there is no room left for Hades' realm.
Will something be in Hades beyond where the Black Wall is in the Palladium world?
Only time (of Carl?) will tell.

When I first heard about it I was excited because I thought it would be something more like Earth was taken over by aliens and the heroes form guerilla groups to fight them with some villains joining the aliens and some the heroes.

That would have been cooler...but I found it weak all around...it was like a HU campaign concept full of PCs and NPCs made with house rules and powers...actually, that isn't even right...that description makes sound cooler than it was.
So...the story was what made the "turn-off" on the book? And the lack of originallity?
...Good artwork....new Aliens and setting...quasi-sourcebook for powers...a link between Aliens Unlimited and Phase World setting (to some degree)...Not the strongest book in the series, but certainly a welcomed addition.

Carl,
I know you most likely be unable to go into this but I will ask anyways
Do you plan on going into the effect Hades has on the worlds of PFrpg and Rifts:Earth?
Without getting into any specifics, Hades has influence in many dimensions. Some might include Rifts Earth, PF, oh maybe Dyval down the road who knows. You got that whole Minion War thing going
