Anyone know where I can get some character sheets for Splicers RPG?
No,
But you could use char sheets from the other settings.

..I haven't taken the time to make one specific to that game, but the link in my sig is to the thread on the GM's Forum where people have posted their designs. My megaverse sheet is pretty generic to the Palladium system...

If I knew more about Splicers, I would create some character sheets.

I believe the reason no one has bothered to create a sheet for Splicers is because it would be so extremely complex. Each class has so many details that needed to be kept track of. You'd need several sheets just for a Host Armor.
The problem with using another game's sheet is that none of them cover much at all of what you need to keep track of.
I'd love to take the time to come up with a decent sheet, but that would take a lot of time and patience. There have been many requests on this forum for a sheet (both from me, my friend, and others), but they've only been met with limited results. You could, of course, check out some of the old posts; one might have a preliminary version of a sheet that you could use/modify.

I have a word perfect sheet and a pdf conversion Im not thrilled with at http://home.bellsouth.net/p/s/community ... 250570&ck= for Splicers and yeah, its silly how much more complex the sheet is for Splicers than any other setting.
