Draconid phase Mystic

I agree with gadrin on this one. Sure Draconids can become phase mystics and yes they get the ISP bonus. In my game Draconids are allowed to pick OCCs along the same line as most other races in the three galaxies and can select all the OCCs gadrin mention in his post and then some!

I allowed a Draconid to be a Battle Magus!!

Sure why wouldnt a draconid be able to be a battle magus. In my game draconids can select almost all available OCCs that a human can pick except maybe the ones that are obvious. Like juicer, crazie, borg etc

Gadrin is right. Carella did not take other forms of magic into account (and the master psychics from psyscape were not published when he made phase world) ... but there's no objective reason why they should be restricted to line walker/ mind melter... so the other classes should be allowable... although maybe the skills should stay as per the RCC rather than match the OCCs
