Hey, how do you determine the MDC of people on Wormwood? From what I get you take the +xx number in the OCC and just add 1D6MDC per level.
So for example: The OCC says +25, and he's level 1, and ya roll a 3, he would have an MDC of 28. Or do you add the PE attribute as well and treat it like HP?

Make them exactly like a normal human and when you are done you take their HP and SDC add them together and you have their MDC.

Wow, then some of these people have some pretty impressive MDC. So just take PE + 1D6 per level + 1D4x10 (for men at arms) + OCC bonus?
Thanks for the answer oh great Doom. Master of all that is the written rule.

Or you could just make all humans on Wormwood SDC beings and save yourself one huge headache.

Though Doom is correct with adding the sdc bonus from skills I have found that it tends to give 1st lvl ALOT more mdc then the NPC's to the point where even with all the extra attacks they get over the 1st lvl pc that they may still end up lossing or only winning at a very close fight. When I look at the npc's it kind of seems like the npc's were drawn up with out adding the skill bonuses. So you may wish to ignor it.

Bah
PC's need all the help they can get. It'll make them feel better.
(Then when their not looking increase the MDC of the baddies by *2!)

The information on MDC with regards to humans, supernatural strength, etc. really should be sticked on this board. They have to be amongst the most reoccurring related questions all the boards see on a regular basis.

hit points = PE+1D6 initially
and then 1D6 per level afterwards.
Rifts RPG: pgs 9 and also p35, under Combat Terms.
Um, dude? That's exactly the same as PE + 1D6 per level
