Is the monster from the cover of the Beyond the Supernatural 2nd ed in the Tome Grotesque book?

I have a guess that the monster on the cover of BtS 2 is a Boschalla demon.
But that's just my opinion.

Doesn't the Boschalla have multiple heads, arms, and other gross stuff that doesn't form a winged demon appearance like the thing on the cover? I guess I'm saying I don't think it's a Bochalla.

I too thought it was some sort of entity, but had no idea what kind would look organic like that.

Yeah, Boschalla are all over the place on anatomy. 6 heads, 3 legs 1 arm 2 tails, 18 eyes, 4 mouths....

It depends on the random rolls. But as an (albeit lasped..) artist, you can take a lot of license on such things. It's an interpretation. There may NOT be any official creature that the cover's monster is based on at all.

Like I said, it's just my opinion.

The monster on the cover of the first edition BTS book was a HellHound.
