i decided to port over AtB tech.
the Human power armor ( see my current avatar image )

Make chromium alloy like the CGs/SEs and you got a nice laser resistant army...

That and the armor gives foot soldiers augmented/robotic strength to use.

All we need now is chromium cyborgs
