I think that the Hartigal Repo-Bot while looks like the original,
does not equals it.

That said, make a similar Full Conversion Borg, from RUE
or the Bionics Sourcebook, and then multiply the final price...
..maybe with 3 or four.

Warranty: as usual. None, except for estabilished business
partners, on a case by case basis.

10 Mil and a 150 year warranty. It is a weaker verson after all, and a "cheap" knock-off too boot, but even considering that I would demand the warranty, face it, who knows what kind of cheap parts they used in building it.

I guess for Brodkills the main concern not to
resort to surgery is that they will loose their
invisibility power.

For the Repo Bots... I guess that their strenght
are
1, The force field - it is comparable to robots
(remember the super heavy force field rated
for 320 MDC only if installed on (giant) robots)

2, Other borgs recharge their weapons with a
rate like 10/hour - but the RB recharges like
4 per melee. Or 1 E/clip per hour instead of
2 E/clip per MINUTE. For 50 years!

3, They are supposed to be "cloned" personalities,
therefore most of them are quite high level characters.
(Like 4+d3 ).

not only installed on giant robots..
you can get the N-F50A (320 mdc) for borgs as well.

as said before good for a bot body guard and such but not exactly a great deal for a borg chassis, its rather limited actually..

Hmmm... Right. This means, you can install a heavy
robot version on a 200 lbs borg, but you cannot
intall it on a 2-4 ton power armor.

Bug.

??? I don't recall that. Everything is "unlimited" from what I saw.

The only thing "hinkey" is their Plasma Flamethrower which is also listed as unlimited payload. I always thought plasma had to be stored someplace

As for payload, the WB5 has some borgs, with recharging
weapons. Same for russian ones, as I recall.

And of course, they have "truly" unlimited ones, too.

So, if you houserule, that borgs (and robots, even power
armor, and most certainly small stuff, like nuclear powered
jetpack, or light rail gun power packs) recharge a set amount
of energy (like 1 e-clip/hour, do not give Joules and Watts)
then the Repo-Bot must have the highest energy output.
(Well, maybe some russian multi-ton monster... )
--------------

Plasma flamethrower: I always assumed that "flamethrowers"
are simple high-powered ejectors, with a not very focused
plasma bolt (and maybe with pulse capacity), but do not
reguire "fuel".
(And yeah, Juicer Uprising counters this).

---------------
Bionic Eyes:
While the Rifts Earth bionics looks crude and clearly artifical
even Archie can produce androids (with human-looking eyes),
therefore a starfaring civilisation, with like thouasand years
of experience in the field might be able to make them too.

Wolfe, I specially mentioned HEAVY Power armor, like the GB,
the Ulti-Max, the Ground Pounder (or the GB Killer and the
Super SAM, thought installing a NE ff on CS stuff... )

Plus there is the problem, that if the 20x price "robot"
version is not exclusive for giant robots, then there can
be funny loopholes when installing the lighter generators.
