That is the only reference I know of.

There is only one Tree in the PF world, and it can barely keep itself alive with the little magic presnet. As Dustin Fireblade suggested, it is in the Eastern Territory.

In all honesty though, I'm just as glad that hasn't happened. I rather enjoy the idea of there just being one in the Eastern Territory if you actually want to use it in your games.

I'm inclind to agree, in rifts, it felt like you where tripping over them, or at least it did to me (Japan and England, Norway had a corrupted one, I think Africa had at least one)

Eastern Territories is the only confirmed M-Tree in PF. Hopefully it stays that way.

Actually, I thought the corrupted one was in the Black Forest

It was. Maybe there's another one in Norway though? (Could've been mentioned in the Imposter Norse Gods section of Pantheons)

There is a corrupted one in the Black Forest, but if I recall Africa right (it's been years since I've even seen it) there was one in the Phoenix Empire as well. I don't think it was evil, but rather "sick" from the evil or some such.

IIRC, it was being regularly harvested for parts and only barely surviving.

Speaking of sick, isn't the tree in the east sick from netosa's dark energy?

It isn't 'sick' per se, but many of the druids of Glade do fear it is being slowly corrupted by Netosa's taint (so far the only signs of it being corrupt is its wonderlust). It is however starving due to the lack of energy on the world.

Actually, I thought the corrupted one was in the Black Forest

That could be what I was thinking of. I'm pretty sure it was in the Mindwerks book, but I could just be remembering it wrongly.

Yup - it's in the Mindwerks book.

How would one rescue a tree of that size? Would definitely require deific assistance, at the least, on top of dealing with things from the chaos wars, as you tried to transplant it.
