"The penguin goes for your crotch" - Kevin Siembieda; the first and only words that I heard as I stepped into the room for the Palladium of Desires game.

"uh...so can I grab the young boy?" - Braden as a mystic knight reconciler, Phlebus in my ill fated slap happy suday "Roleplaying intensive" Madhaven game.

Ah, my BTS game. Actually, I said he "parries with the mage".

Best players A GM could ask for.

Someone in the crowd that night said something about making that into a bumper sticker. I think this weekend I will stop @ Office Depot and the paper for bumper stickers and make this. Maybe even a shirt.

Does anyone recall who it was that asked the question about Rifts success?

Actually, the question was:

Q: To what do you attribute the success of Rifts?

(paraphrased, but it was about Rifts in particular)
There's a reason...and a very good one...that I have certain people in this forum blocked both here and on Facebook.

I can see an illustration of that nearly every time I come here.

When asked why he supported the newly-formed council of Free Worlds, wilderness scout Kerrick Anez said:

"It's about time we got what we deserve, instead of being told what we deserve. "

It was probably the best quote to come out of my game... although there were many others.

Holyoak wrote:Cathy and Myself were trying to get Kevin up to the VIP room after the pizza had arrived and everyone was finished eating. On the second trip down I told Kevin if he didn't hurry up I was going to embarrass him. Finally after the third trip down to hurry him again he made his way up the stairs. I may be a bit partial but I thought my introduction of him at the top of the stairs was pretty funny, "Ladies and Gentlemen, the man you've been waiting for, the man who runs his life like his production schedule, Kevin S..."

And for those not there he just laughed and hugged me. :-D
I was there and I laughed.

The quote that stood out for me was during one of the seminars when one of the freelancers was asked about what the Blood Druids in Rifts France were doing. He answered without pause and said, "They are p*ssed."

Those three words showed me that the people at the open house and freelancers themselves, were as big of a rifts (Other Palladium products included) geek as I am when several people remember a group mention in very obscure part in one of the books.

It was that moment where I decided to finally stop lurking and joined this message board to add to the magic of Palladium's Fans.

..This morning in Kev's office Scott Johnson came in with Carl Gleba and his crew and we all sat waiting wall Kev was on the phone elsewhere with Erick Wujcik; There weren't enough seats to go around so Scott went over and sat in Kev's chair.

..As Carl went "Ooooo..." Scott leaned back, put his feet on the desk and said "Alright you ******'s, get to work!"

..We were rolling on the floor!

..Just before that he noticed Wayne's newest work (I'd say it was the cover for Atorian Empire). He picked it up to look and then went to put it back and it slipped.

..I said ":Atorian Empire is great! See that finger print on the bottom of the cover? It's Scott Johnson's and I saw him do it!"

Kevin said something about hairy nipples on a woman while I was watching him GM. I busted up laughing when he said. He made me laugh, and so did so many people.

Oh, and Brian Manning saying "My brother hates technology. He's scared or something." and their ensuing conversation was pretty funny too. Cool guys those two.

[Edit:] Oh, and it was great when my friends and I were talking to Mark from DSS and he said, "Man, beware the *****. Don't let stupid things or people split you up." He's a damn cool guy.

Kevin's "its F'ing brilliant" quote was excellent!

Thom's favorite quote from the Defiler days "Oh no, we're saved!"

And though I won't recount it here, what Kevin said to Gideon about his writing.

Mark Dudley: "Tell me what you want and I'll kill it!"

Giovetti Agular: "I am the god of hellfire!"

I know there are others, but I either can't post them here or can't remember them...

Although I do like most of the others posted here and was present for several (including laughing at yours Holyoak).

It's hard to top Kevin's "Spiderman" incident though. Thanks for telling us the story, Kathy.

:( No one wanted to sleep in my bed. Matt would rather spend an extra $10 than to sleep next to me.

I felt...alone, which is ok cause I'm goth. Now to go listen to TEH Cure while I cut myself.

That would be the one. Awesome stuff!

Oh, DLDC, I didn't mention that one because I thought it more of a story. I liked the one about keeping themselves from making Rick Hunter gay. In that case:
