Phase World Robot Standard Features

Since they appear nowhere in any Phase World suppliment, I complied this from several sources. Note that some of the systems have been given fancier names to sperate them from their lower-tech Rifts Earth cousins.

All Phase World Robot Vehicles and Tanks have the following features:
1. Nuclear Powered: Effectively unlimited fuel source. Anti-matter reactors are almost never used on such small, dispensable units. Average life is 25 years.
2. Lidar (Air): Used for tracking inbound missiles, guiding missiles fired by the vehicle, and for tracking other large targets such as tanks and planes. Can ID and track96 targets to a range of 50 miles (80km). Minimum operating height is 100' up (anything lower than this is “below Lidar” and can only be tracked if moving on open ground).
3. Lidar (Ground): Used for tracking man-sized units moving along the ground. Range is only 2.5 miles (4km).
4. Combat Computer: Calculates, stores, and transmits data on to Heads Up Display, as well as monitors on a master display. It is linked to the weapons systems, targeting computer, and both Lidar suites. A GPS unit is built into this system.
5. Targeting Computer: Assists in the tracking and identification of enemy targets. Also weeds out allied units via an IFF (Identify Friend or Foe) transponder. Range is 50 miles. Will work with both ground and air Lidar suites.
6. Laser Targeting Array: Assists in the selection of key targets based on threat index from Targeting Computer. +1 on initiative and +1 to strike when using long-range weapons. Does not apply to hand-to-hand combat.
7. Radio Communication: Long-range, directional communication system with an effective range of 500 miles (800 km). The typical giant robot also has a directional, short-range radio with a five mile range (8 km), plus a built-in loud speaker (80 decibels). A satallite uplink is also included in this package.
8. External Audio Pickup: A sound amplification listening system that can pick up a whisper 300 feet (91.5 m) away.
9. Sensor Package: The vehicle will also have a senor suite that includes a thermo-imager, and both infrared and ultraviolet optics. Range on both is about 2000 feet (610 m). Note that the IR and UV systems project a visible beam, and can be traced by anyone who is also able to see into those visual spectra.
10. Spotlights: Most vehicles will have one or two, with a range of about 600 feet (182 m).
11. Self Destruct: Destroys internal systems (3D6x10 MDC) and guts the vehicle, making it useless. Anyone within ten feet (3 m) of the vehicle will suffer 6D6 MD from the blast. Also, the power reactor is likely to leak – 89% chance!
12. Voice-activated Locking System: The access hatch is sealed with an automatic locking system. A six digit spoken code is standard. A manual keypad serves as a backup.
13. Complete Environmental Protection: Can recirculate breathable air for up to four weeks, survive temperatures of up to 450 degrees centigrade, has a 12 hour oxygen supply, and is fully shielded from radiation.
