HUFU - Human flavored tofu.
Hufu FAQ wrote:Where can I buy real human flesh?Sorry, we can't help you. For better or for worse, the practice of cannibalism is frowned upon in today's modern industrial democratic societies. The purchase and consumption of human flesh is almost certainly illegal where you live. We recommend that you try some
Hufu (TM) instead.
Makes one wonder how they got the taste right doesn't it. It also makes one wonder if it's REALLY tofu.

I'm sorry, but I have to point out that you have a chicken for an avatar.

Hufu FAQ wrote:HufuTM is designed to resemble, as humanly possible, the taste and texture of human flesh. If you've never had human flesh before, think of the taste and texture of beef, except a little sweeter in taste and a little softer in texture. Contrary to popular belief, people do not taste like pork or chicken.
Well, now we know. So people taste like beef, but more tender and sweeter. Sounds like Bambi, er... venison.
Mmm... Bambi

I saw that on the Daily Show a long time ago. "Tastes like Grandma used to"
When I saw the thread title, Hufu was the first thing I thought of! I want to get their tshirts.

I've only tried venison twice. Once was ground, so that doesn't count, and the other time it was steaks, and those were so tender that you didn't need knife. Just cut the meat with the edge of your fork. But it mighta been how it was prepared.

Venison, when properly cured & prepared, is just like Stattick said. I enjoyed a lot of Venison when my dad went hunting, and you can tell the difference between the good stuff & the improperly prepped (the improperly prepped kind is tough to chew & a little gamey-tasting).
As for this "HuFu" stuff, I keep getting that Chuck Heston rant from Soylent Green popping into my head ever time I look at this thread. I'll pass.

Maybe it really did.
Most people wouldn't know what Human actually tastes like.

Actually, what I tried WAS a little gamey, but it tasted like beef, just tender and a little sweeter.
Hmm... MAYBE IT WAS PEOPLE...
It was served by my very strange grandparents after all...

Weird, weird, weird.
I'd still try it tho' - this reminds me of when me and one of my buddies would go to Denny's late at night and have conversations as to what we would and would not eat (if the opportunity arose).
Most of the stuff that I think I would refuse to eat comes from Australia - like the platypus.
That thing don't look right alive - I don't know if I could bring myself to eat it...
