actually.. the loss of the " Moon" is only a momentary setback, they all have the emulators and tech officers on their own ships, they could go reinvent themselves, the whole purpose of the emulators was feeding marduk culture, the purpose of Inguss was to give them " Will " ... The marduk I do not think are wandering Xenophobes who go around blowing up what ever planet they come across, otherwise what use do they have for taking over a planet?
According to the RPG the ships are all Pseudo Organic and were grown within birthing Chambers, and programmed by Emulator singing... this seems to show that the entire marduk fleet is 1. Harmonicly controlled, 2. Seems to rely upon Genetic manipulation and nanotechnology.
not to mention the huge reliance on Giant Plasma Furnaces to power their ships, a level of technology not seen in Rifts except in Mechanoids.l

How's it feel working for The Man?
He has always worked for

Yes. Little did The Media know that DLDC had Masterminded the entire Media Conspiracy just after High School, hiding behind his guise as a mild-mannered reporter.
However, DLDC finnally realized that he was too cool to be running the country, so he quit and decided to do something important with his life. Write RPG's.
