Well the Techno-Smithy is a jack of all trades sort. I figured with the meshing of the different magic cultures it made sense. For the TW focus they are essentially Techno-Wizards. Since they were written before RUE you may want to tweak the O.C.C. to fit best in your campaign. Page 85 has their starting spells listed by focus, but you might be better off using the new revised TW in RUE and just allow access to space skills.

All from one focus only. That includes spells as well.
