Any chances of this happening this year? Seems like a good way to raise money for Palladium somewhere... a freelancer karaoke-off! Or maybe a 16-person tourney with a cash prize? Somebody local would have to hook that up.

I've been practicing as loudly as possible in my car. :)

Now you just need 3 other singers in bow ties and the Palladium barber shop quartet will be a reality.

Um, I thought we wanted people to come to the open house. Not run from it with their ears bleeding. :D

The funny thing is, I've been know to do this, but it's the wrong crowd. If you have an opportunity to watch a bunch of theatre people karaoke, do it. There's choreography, and costumes and craziness.

Gamers on the other hand...

I learned early-on the great secret of karaoke, and NO, it does NOT involve alcohol.

If we do karaoke and I sing it, you had better pay up.

I'll even play it on guitar if one is provided and the fee is upped to $50.

Well, I haven't learned guitar quite yet  . I play decently with the saxophone. :-D

I actually take that back. I looked at the chord progressions for that song, and there's no way I could play it.
