Can't read japanese, but the figure is from the "Cyborgs #1" Miniatures blister. I have the same figure, painted almost exactly the same.

Its been converted, but not by much. The head and gun arm have been modified slightly from the one I have, but other than that, its the figure.

St Patrick 's Day has not been known in Japan so yet.
However, the Tokyo tower was shone on with a green illumination light
in St Patrick 's Day of this year. I think that the purpose is the friendship event of Japan and Ireland.

I just.. I just love the phrase "Hips expanded by force are indecent." I'm thinking on getting that on a t-shirt...

ANd yeah, that's an official mini- you can still find them. Although they're not officially for sale through regular stores... they're pure pewter.there are actually cyborgs in that set. And two of them actually have arms on pegs, so I put the big red one with the gun barrel pointed down, and the one that'd usually be blue (vibro-blade) I altered the Vibro-Blade arm. I'm also about to paint 2 SAMAS packs and 2 SkyCycles this Ubercon weekend...
