Ok in world book England there is something called a Magic Caludron or something like that and it can destory rune weapons. Now since there is a Imprisoned being inside of the rune whatever what happens to the being once the rune object is destoryed. (Example Rune sword with a trapped Supernatural Int. is destroyed where does the Supernatural Int. go??)

On an unrelated note: There's not terribly many rune weapons made with a Supernatural Intelligence.

Sounds like its time for some of that GM Genius to be put to some good use

If I remember right, Necrom - the undying (Palladium Fantasy) was made with a Demon Lord. And its by far not the most powerful one in canon.

As for the spirit\essence\soul thing, Epic probably put it best.

I think you'd have to ask Utu that question. It's a dead thing with a free soul, Utu sends it where he wants it.

What about the sword of stephan?

Sword of Stephan(spelling?) was the one that slays dragons right? I'd think it has some upstart God Dragon wannabe inside.

Can't remember its name but theres a sword in the Old Ones (If I remember right) book made by the Old Ones themselves. It allows you to cast all Fire warlock spells without limit, gives a +10 to all saving throws and deals a pretty good amount of damage. Oh, and makes you fricken NUTS!

Something with that level of power is bound to have at least a Greater God inside.

Styphonthal-The GHD in atlantis has it, as well as others. It doesn't have
Styphon's soul in it, Styphon is still alive. Styphanthal is the GHD. BTW,
it's called Styphon's Tooth.

Hey, I resent that idea!

I will have to check out my Rifts England book since ont a very select group can destroy a run weapon.

The "essence" would likely be destroyed in the purging process.
