Wooden Stakes

What is the damage for Wooden Stakes or can someone tell me the page # in the BTS 2nd ed book that it would stay its damage.

Also what are the negatives to hit and such for trying to stake something in the heart, like that isn't the easiest thing in the world to do, first you have to hit the right area and then drive it through a rib cage.
