IMO, no. It doesn't change appearance much, nor finely, without a special power (like Ectoplasmic disguise)

wow....like a Ectoplasim Big screen tv.......make it any size you want.....*so excitedly that you know I'm saying the opposet of what I mean*
If you stay with in the limitations of ectoplasim disguise I would give what you make a yes or no thought out ruling(in game) rather then a knee jerk NO!.

hmm try this combo
Ectoplasm
Some Illusury spells (to color the ectoplasm, normally its always kinda ghostly grey/white right?)
Lantern light or globe of daylight to make the whole thing really glowy
Now a clever TW should be able to weave these into a "display panel" of nearly any size, that glows and has limited animation abilities (cartoon like TV, moving/morphing text on a business card, etc).
For long distance messeges, throw in Magic Pigeon

Except that ecto disguise oozes out of the skin and covers the face. Unless you want to write your business card on your forehead

yeah, but the psychic can color it as they see fit.
should be a snap to do for regular ecto.
of course I have numerous "expansion" powers that I use, like --
Ultraplasm
Ultraplasm, eh? Why the very name alone conjures up intrigue, do go on.
