and the answer is: being in envrio armor does not make one immune.

You are confusing Psi with magic. If in a Bot or Tank then magic can't affect the pilot & or passangers, unless otherwise stated in the spell discription. Fully enviromental means nothing for mine altering magic vs body armor.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.

I have found that Reading the books instead of skimming actually allows your mind to Remember where things are. If you are having problems remembering I suggest learning to meditate. This is essentially a Defraging technique that has been around for some 10,000 years. I find it helps with all those small things that we tend to forget when not paying Attention to what is happening here and now.
This is so. However if you don't happen to have a faultless memory or a bunch of time to meditate then an index is a valuable and time saving device. Palladium would do well to investigate and maybe one day include indexes in all their books, hell then Kevin could up the page count for each book in his press releases so we think that there will be yet another few pages of copy paste mistakes for us all to enjoy!!! Better yet maybe he could release a whole new set of books "Rifts Index vol 1" and so on. Oh wait didn't he already do that? Hmmm, I'd better order them.
Apology for the rant, but hey when ya gotta let go...
You're all just a bunch of whinging children.
