No. If you look at the "Cost in Body Investment" on page 89, you'll not it will say "In these cases, the god must sacrifice a part of his primal manifestation. The Manifestation power creates a physical mirror of the Deity, but not his primal manifestation. He can use Deific powers, but ones requiring Body Investments will come out of the main body of the god, not the manifestation.
