I assume if a robot or power armor has an electric or Nuclear power source then it would get affected but would it be affected if it has an Antimatter or magical power source?

Thanks

Yes to both. ANY power source except for living.

I'd say yes to antimatter, no to magic. I feel that a robot or power armor using a magical power source would constitute a TW device, and therefore would be immune to the power.
Have you ever been thrown out of a Rifts game for being smarter than the Game Master?

That's how I play it in my game.

If it is technological, it's vulnerable. If it's magical or techno-wizardry, it's immune.

For a TW power source, I would say it depends. If a car is powered by a TW engine for instance, and you want to psionically paralyze the windshield wipers, that have nothing TW about them except they're drawing electricity that was made from PPE instead of from a battery of some sort, I'd say it would work. Just because a machine is hooked up to a TW device doesn't make the whole thing magic, just those compenents immediately involved in the connection.

You are correct. I misread the question to be can telemechanic paralysis actually halt the power sources in all of those cases. In which case, my answer still stands. :)
