PPE: Environment and Body

A NPC Creates a underwater (lake) base (on Earth- Rifts campaign) but the main feature of the base is Dwarven Iron Ship PPE Generator. Creates 6000 PPE per Hour and Storage 20,000 PPE (altered so he can tap the generator directly). The NPC runs many successful businesses through the large amounts of PPE at his disposal. When not casting spells he experiments on enviroment and body PPE limits.
So, heres a few questions that came to mind:
1.After spell and PPE charging: every 6 hours the NPC (lets call him: Master) pumps 20,000 PPE into the lake....
Daily: total 80,000 PPE
Monthly ( 30 days): total 2.4 million PPE...
At what point would supernatural creatures (low powered to the greatest) start to get a tingle (sense) the PPE?
2. Set-up As 1st Question: When would the normal life (moss to fish and even the birds that eat the fish) start to be affected by mass PPE?
3. Set-up As 1st Question: When would the water take on "magic" or "unique" qualities (healing, natural "Giant Growth" to SDC animals or just glowing blue at night)??
4. If the Master starts pumping as much PPE through himself as he can take (without killing him...reduce life by half is ok). A Mage can hold PPEx3 for a minute per level (then extra fades). What would be the long term effect of being at maximum almost all the time?
(Is becoming a Being of Magic something along the lines of Magus Lord or a mutant or something else...possible)

not sure. maybe go back into history of Rifts Earth/Chaos Earth and see how long it bathed in high PPE energy...
however as a GM I'd be loathe to substitute an artificial ley line for a "real" one, but that's just me.

I thought people in Rifts build strongholds on Ley Lines + Nexus points ?
Why should something happen to them ? Geo-Immortal lives on the ley line/nexus and after a while can't do without it. Blue Line/Zoners pay extra for certain magics away from them.
Might be best to research Chaos Earth to get some "official" ideas for your background.
Don't own any of the Chaos Earth series and my local Hobby store doesn't have a single book. But thanks for the suggestions.

1: I'd think that the effect on creatures that feed on P.P.E would happen pretty much on day 1, anything within the sensing range of these beings would send them flocking to that lake to feed on it. This could develop into fights if there really isn't enough energy to go around (doubtful until a few weeks in when they've really massed up armies of entities, sickly psi-stalkers and similar). However, it could become an issue if the said beings get greedy and smart, by finding and then attacking the generator (or if they're dumb and think 'killing' it will double it's energy).
2: The first impact would be the effect on wildlife heavily by the sudden surge of new beings, and I'd think many animals would leave the area soon to find greener pastures (even though food compilation wouldn't be an issue, in general most animals, canines and felines more so, avoid areas of magic), and the possible fights for territory. There could be physical and mental changes to these animals who stay near, in or drink from the water, but with magic, nothing is clear. The aquatic life could start changing on day one with that much energy, but more likely, it would take at least a few months, perhaps years or even never.
3: Again, a massive range of unknowns appear, perhaps on the first day the water could begin to alter and become inherently magical, or an effort of months or years before any real change could be noted. What would happen of course is unknown as well, without any form of invocation or control by this researcher, it very well could be anything, simple changes to the water's appearance, changes to those who drink it, could become acidic, poisonous, boiling, freezing, changing it's base properties and so on.
4: Could expand life span, shorten it, mutate his body in helpful or hurtful ways, could just burn his body down and give him cancer. Could do nothing, without some attempt to control this energy via invocation or similar method.

IF your talking about other supernatural creatures sencing you ... I'd say same as them sencing Ley Lines proximity ....

Personally I think it would take generations before it could effect the natural lifeforms ...

Again in terms of the lake itself taking on a magical or unique quality I do not know what you mean .. Since there are Ley Lines in the open ocean an the only effect they have on the water itself is they seem to turn some into what is known as ..Shimmering Water ..I belive it was .. ( sorry this is off the top of my head from Rifts Underseas )
As far as the waters taking on special abilities like healing or anything like that its never been able to do so in any Palladium titles so far so I dont think it would now either ...
Giant growth in the local livestock is a great possibility so is the glowing blue at night .. but as I said up above I think it would take a few generations of breading in the super PPE rich enviorment before such drastic things would come to bear..

I would think logically your basically trying to "train" your body to be able to absorb even more PPE ... an as such I would think that at some point in time you will develope a unique ability to naturally absorb a larger amount then normal with ill effect ..
Outside of that I do not think anything would really happen ..

There are an extreamly few ways of turning a Human being into a MDC creature ..
Most of those require the survitude of some kind ..
Even getting turned into a MDC creature from Technologies .. i.e. Juicer Conversion ...
