Any chance of The Fratenity of Stars in DB2 Phase World pg. 176 under Transdimensional Campigns.. appearing in either the Minion War books or Thundercloud book?

Not in Dimensional Outbreak either. A small reference like that is something that would make for a great Rifter submission.

I agree totally that a Rifters submission could be used to flesh them out more.
