That would be a Warborn.
They are in one of the early Halloween Rifters, along with other magic users who draw power from the Apocalypse Demons in Africa.

Had a friend Hayes play one who likewise fought in the arena of Atlantis.

Yes, the WarBabies are in that article too. I pointed out both because it works better that way.

Warbabies are Warborn that washout in the training process........Howabout this-A Rahu-Man Godling Necromancer/
Warborn/Psi-Tech. Make a PA that fits his needs; multiple arms, HTH Aslyl Okta; & Trick him out!

Rifter #5, one thing is that this allows for is up to 4 arms in a sequence-I've worked it out for more. It also has a new
Weapon-the Zwittentang, & the paired WP for more than 3 arms. Check it out! Dag Nuebies! Also used to be on Kiseru
Satsujin's Old MA Site.......

This is off topic, but, HTH Aslyl Okta isn't that great a MA, it does add something to the Rahu-
man Myth. Also, There was the time I killed Pestilance with a good shot to the Head, & made
the saving throw against his power! With a similar Character.........
