3 day pass is unlikely to sell out any time soon, its the vip night thats going to vanish like believable female protagonists in Hollywood.

The hotel did not charge to book the room so I recommend doing that sooner than later since you can cancel anytime if your crew can't come together.

As for tickets, buy them before Christmas.
