A natural genius isn't really Jared; he's too broad-based a genius to work as a natural genius. A natural genius is someone who excels at a single field of endeavor. Most people spread their PPE through a lot of different things... people they love, games they want to get good at, TV shows they enjoy (and master; if you can quote entire episodes of Firefly, you spent serious PPE on it), usw.
A natural genius is, IMO, somewhat like a person with Aspergers. They have a singular interest; most other things are peripheral to those interests. They may not have the social problems common with Aspergers, but their singular focus makes them a trifle oblivious to social cues, and somewhat single-minded.

a beatiful mind the one about the founder of modern game theory
I remember days like this when my father took me to the forest and we ate wild blueberries. More than 20 years ago. I was just a boy of four or five. The leaves were so dark and green then. The grass smelled sweet with the spring wind...For us, there is no spring. Just the wind that smells fresh before the storm.

A recent example of a genius would be Walter from the TV show "Fringe".
