In my PFRPG 2nd Ed. its under Gift of Power as a selectable ability. Your right tho, i don't see a base per se anywhere. I would just use the PPE base under Understanding Magic on page 180.
Since they basically are a person who is gaining power from bonding with a supernatural creature.
