Freelancer Seminar topics?

I missed the Freelancer seminar- got a little too into my game- and was wondering if everyone can fill me in on what exactly was covered? I heard bits and pieces on the Sovietski briefly on a bio run but I need some more background, particularly around the West Coast of North America. Other infor is also appreciated! :? :? :?
