I don't think they care what we eat...we could be eating a banana in front of them, making sure to throw away the peel properly, and they'd still regard us as savages! Their only concern is that we DO eat...and breath...and drive all over the place...and use Protoculture...

They are going to make the movie. Lawrence Kasdan is going to do the script. Once that is done they'll go ahead and make it. I'm hoping they do a good job on it.
